Who Can Get Support

  • Verified users aged 18+, including advertisers, publishers, and earners.

  • Affiliates and active partners.

  • General inquiries from non-users are welcome too.

What We Support

  • PPC: Campaign setup, ad approval, billing, performance, and tracking issues.

  • PTC: Ad-viewing problems, referral tracking, reward issues, and payout concerns.

  • General: Login help, account verification, and bug reports.

Response Times

  • High (e.g., payout delays, campaign issues): 6 hours

  • Medium (e.g., account problems): 24 hours

  • Low (e.g., general feedback): 48 hours

What We Don’t Support

  • Third-party services (like PayPal)

  • Users violating our terms (e.g., bots, fake referrals, multiple accounts)

  • Content creation or custom integrations

Your Responsibilities

  • Be honest and specific when reporting issues

  • Use one account only (PTC)

  • Avoid VPNs and automated tools

  • Respect the team and follow platform rules
